Shipping policy

  • Once an order has shipped, Never Lost is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed.

  • Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout, as orders missing this information may not receive shipping confirmation or tracking details.

  • We are unable to change shipping addresses after checkout. If a change is needed after a shipping label has been created, the receiver is responsible for contacting the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) directly to explore available options.

International Shipping
International orders may be shipped via UPS or USPS. Any taxes, duties, or fees not collected at checkout are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the receiver. Taxes and duties charged by countries outside the United States are not included in shipping or purchase costs.
